This policy explains what Orvique Holidays (“we”) does with the information you share on orviqueholidays.in.

- Quote requests and messages: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, travel dates, number of travellers and anything you write to us.
- Reviews: your name, city, rating, trip and review text. The email address you may add is never shown on the website.
- Technical data: like every website, our server records basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser) to keep the site secure and to stop spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to plan and quote your trip — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To publish your review on the website after a quick check (only your name, city, rating, trip and review text).
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Sharing
When you book a trip with us, we share only the details needed with the hotels, transport providers and government offices (for example for permits) that make your trip happen.
Cookies and maps
Visitors are not tracked with advertising cookies on this website. The maps on our Contact and About pages are shown by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, it counts visits anonymously.
